Shipping policy
FREE TRIAL SLEEVE: Will be shipped UPS ground at a flat rate of $7.00. Please allow 6-9 business days from the day you are emailed your tracking number. We recommend budgeting in a couple more days to account for global carrier delays.
FREE GROUND SHIPPING: via *UPS on orders of $100 or more to any destination in the contiguous United States and a $7.00 shipping fee on orders under $100. Please allow 3-8 business days for delivery.
Note: Free shipping is valid on orders of $100 or more, after promotions and discounts are applied. Gift cards, packaging, and taxes do not qualify toward the minimum purchase requirement.
2-DAY SHIPPING: Expedited via *UPS 2-Day is available for $28; order must be placed no later than noon EST and going to any destination in the continental United States.
OVERNIGHT SHIPPING: Overnight via *UPS Next Day is available for $48; order must be placed no later than noon EST and going to any destination in the continental United States. Please note that overnight shipments will arrive by 8PM the next business day.
HAWAII AND ALASKA: We ship to Hawaii and Alaska via *UPS Ground with a $18 shipping fee on orders under $100. Please allow 5-8 business days for delivery. Orders are shipped from New York City.
INTERNATIONAL: We ship international via DHL, shipping fee is based on country. You will be responsible for paying the duties and taxes to the carrier upon arrival of your package. PENSON does not offer pre-paid international return labels at this time. All international orders are FINAL SALE and NOT EXCHANGEABLE or RETURNABLE. *We process all orders placed before noon EST (on weekdays and non-holidays) on the same day that the order is placed otherwise it’s processed the next business day. Please note we do not process or ship out orders on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays or on major holidays. At this time we are also unable to ship to PO Boxes. Further, we currently do not ship to Guam and the US Virgin Islands. If an order contains an item with a delayed ship date, the entire order will ship together.
